About Me

If I had to describe myself in one word, it will definitely be ‘feminist’. My mom used to read me a lot of fairy tales as a child, except she used to put her on twist on it, where the princesses ended up saving the day, instead of waiting for their princes. Needless to say, that has had quite the impact on me.

When I’m not devouring books, and writing about them, I work in an NGO. I have quite an eclectic taste in books, and try not being biased about genres (but if I have to pick favourites, I’ll say I’m a fan of fantasy, science fiction, magical realism, contemporary literature and feminist books). Of late, I’ve been making it a point to focus on feminist literature from around the world, with a view of expanding my horizons. If you have any book suggestions for me, please do get in touch!
